  • Nikki has over nine years of event planning experience, including her own wedding in 2022. Her love languages are spreadsheets and fresh flowers. She has been known to cry at the first bite of really good food. The thing that excites her most about this process is doing the heavy lifting so that you can be truly present for your once-in-a-lifetime moments.

  • Allison brings over a decade of experience in operations, project management, and event coordination to the Trinity Griffin Events team. Throughout her professional career, she has supported social impact and civic organizations with community engagement and event management — developing a keen eye for the details that make any gathering truly memorable.

    Her background managing multi-million dollar budgets, vendor portfolios, and complex program logistics means she's equally at home building a seamless day-of timeline as she is troubleshooting behind the scenes. Allison's work has always been rooted in people; from her early days as a classroom teacher to launching leadership programs for women pursuing public office. She brings that same intentionality and care to every event she coordinates.

    Allison is passionate about creating stress-free, unforgettable, and deeply personal experiences throughout the St. Louis region.
